I Placed My Order Now What?
Thanks for placing your order! Here at Wiser Water, we aim to offer our customers a marketplace to purchase the most eco-friendly and sustainable products at an affordable price. Right after you have placed your order, we will receive a notification to fulfill it. We appreciate your patience and if there is a significant delay of shipment for your order, we will notify you by email.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Receiving products can vary as there are different manufacturers involved. Since most of the Sustainable Products are shipped from international manufacturers, products can take up to 30 business days to arrive. Our Wiser Water Apparel is manufactured and shipped in the U.S. so you can expect these products to arrive between 5-10 business days. Due to the nature of our business, we are constantly trying to keep up with the demand and can sometimes experience delays. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us through our "Contact Us" form and we will solve the issue right away!
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs vary for different products and size of the order. Below is a list of costs:
- Free Shipping on all Sustainable Products
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50
- Flat rate of $4.99 shipping cost on orders under $50
Is There Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Because of the nature of our business, if multiple items are purchased you can receive multiple notifications of orders being sent at different times. Please note above how long it will take orders to arrive. It is common to receive products at different times. Not everything will be shipped together.
What About Customs, Duties, And Taxes?
Wiser Water in not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
What Happens If My Package Is Damaged Or Lost?
Wiser Water is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us through our "Contact Us" form and we will be happy to help. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
